Due to the age of each product, imperfections are to be expected.
We ship within the United States and Worldwide via USPS. Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. Item purchased will be processed within 3 business days.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
International Customers: Once your tracking number states that it has landed in your country, we do not have access to calling your country's Postal Service. We suggest that you contact your country's postal service or customs office for additional information.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Virginia residents will be charged 5.3% tax on total amount of purchase.
Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Casa Shop is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
