We ship within the United States via USPS and Worldwide via DHL. Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. Item purchased will be processed within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Virginia residents will be charged 5.3% tax on total amount of purchase.
Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Casa Shop is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, you have 5 days to return the product for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at email@example.com for instructions on how to process the return.
After five days, all sales are final. All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for credit.
