Due to the age of each product, imperfections are to be expected.
We ship within the United States via UPS and Worldwide via DHL and UPS. Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. Item purchased will be shipped within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Virginia residents will be charged 5.3% tax on total amount of purchase.
Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Casa Shop is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
You have 5 days from the date you received your order to ship it back to us for store credit. Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. We offer exchanges or store credit.
To request a return please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
A. Your order number
B. The reason for your exchange or store credit request
C. If the reason for the return is due to damage upon arrival please include: pictures of the box the item arrived in, how it was packaged and the product.
After the five day initial return period, all sales are final. This means we will not be able to accept any returns or provide store credit for items returned after this timeframe.
All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for credit.
Casa Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment.
